Plate heat exchanger rubber gaskets are divided into two types of unilateral flow and diagonal flow according to their heat transfer medium flow. Correspondingly, plate heat exchanger seals are divided into single side flow and heat transfer medium flow Two kinds of diagonal flow. The heat exchange medium flowing in from the right corner hole of the heat exchange plate finally flows out from the right corner hole. Similarly, the heat exchange medium flowing in from the left corner hole finally flows out from the left corner hole.
Diagonal flow means that the heat exchange fluid flows from the right corner hole and then flows out from the left corner hole, or the fluid flowing in from the left corner hole flows out from the right corner hole, showing a diagonal flow pattern. In terms of heat exchange efficiency, the diagonal flow method is superior to the unilateral flow, but the cost of using the unilateral flow method is relatively low, so in the case of meeting the heat exchange efficiency, the unilateral flow form is generally used.
Determined when the process conditions are met. Try to make the convection heat transfer coefficients in the cold and hot water channels equal or close to obtain the best heat transfer effect. Because the convective heat transfer coefficients on both sides of the heat transfer surface are equal or close to each other, the heat transfer coefficient obtains a larger value. Although the flow rate between the plates of the plate heat exchanger is not equal, in the calculation of heat transfer and fluid resistance, the average flow rate is still used for calculation. Because the "U" shaped single-flow nozzles are fixed on the pressure plate, it is easy to disassemble and assemble.
