Due to the long, thin and thin seal of the plate heat exchanger, leakage may occur during use. Leakage can be divided into internal leakage and leakage.

A. I see that the import parameters of the hot and cold media are inconsistent with the original planned values. If it does not match, try adjusting to the original value. If the import parameters are changed and cannot be adjusted to the original planned values, planning and accounting should be started from the beginning, and it is decided to increase or decrease the heat transfer area or change the process combination.

B. If it is cold, the heat medium of the imported parameters and the original planned values, and the outlet parameters cannot reach the planned values, it should be stopped, open the inspection board for conditions such as clogging or flat scales, and dispose in time.

a. Open the plate heat exchanger and remove the dust on the surface of the plate. The large heat exchanger is dried and assembled from scratch. In the side pressure test of 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa. After the experiment is suspended, slide the pipeline to the other side of the water, open the heat exchanger, and carefully observe the untested pressure side of the pure water machine plate, during which the wet plate is a hole or a crack plate.

b. You can also use the semi-transparent and color viewing method on site to find scrap steel plates.

2. The plates of the large plate heat exchanger are out of alignment

When the medium flow rate and pressure change are large, and it is a multi-way combination, long-term use of large plate heat exchangers, it is easy to hit the appearance of plate misalignment. When the board is misplaced, sometimes leakage occurs; some are not attacked immediately, but the danger of seizure leakage occurs, so it must be dealt with in time. The main causes of dislocation are: heat exchanger plate deformation; plate heat exchanger gasket slides out of the gasket groove. To deal with this dislocated appearance, the deformation of the plate and the gasket slidingly replaced from the gasket in time.

3. The simple disposal method of plate heat exchanger when there is no maintenance equipment on site

During the use of large plate heat exchangers, whether it is the deformation of the plate, cracks, perforations, gasket aging, cracking, all need to be replaced. If the use of the slide line does not meet the spare parts on site, and the heat transfer equipment is neither a spare part nor can it be stopped, the scene should be a simple disposal. (A board + B board), if the quantity is not too much, the number of flow channels is not much, after assembly, the treatment method of damaged board and the leakage of the board continue to be used, which is not great for production.
