B. If it is cold, the heat medium of the inlet parameter and the original planned value, and the outlet parameter can not reach the planned value, should be stopped, open the inspection board with or without clogging or flat scale and other premises, and dispose in time.
a. Open the plate heat exchanger and remove the dust on the surface of the plate. The heat exchanger is dried and assembled from scratch. In the side pressure test of 0.2 ~ 0.3Mpa. After the experiment is suspended, slide the pipeline to the other side of the water, open the heat exchanger, and carefully observe the untested pressure side of the pure water machine plate, during which the wet plate is a hole or a crack plate.
b. You can also use the semi-transparent and color viewing method on site to find scrap steel plates.
2. The plates of the plate heat exchanger are misaligned
When the medium flow and pressure change greatly, and it is a multi-way combination, long-term use of plate heat exchangers can easily strike the appearance of plate misalignment. When the board is misplaced, sometimes leakage occurs; some are not attacked immediately, but the danger of seizure leakage occurs, so it must be dealt with in time. The main causes of dislocation are: heat exchanger plate deformation; plate heat exchanger gasket slips out of the gasket groove. To deal with this dislocated appearance, the deformation of the board and the gasket slidingly replaced from the gasket in time.
3. The simple disposal method of the plate heat exchanger when there is no maintenance equipment on site
During the use of the plate heat exchanger, whether it is the deformation of the plate, cracks, perforations, aging of the gasket, cracking, all need to be replaced. If the use of the sliding line does not meet the spare parts on site, and the heat transfer equipment is neither a spare part nor an end, the scene should be a simple disposal. (A board + B board), if the number is not too much, the number of flow channels is not much, after assembly, the treatment method of damaged board and the leakage of the board are inherited and used, which is not very big for production.
