Each plate contains two parts:
Metal plate: It is a thin metal plate with corrugations, sealing grooves and corner holes, which is an important heat transfer element. Corrugation not only enhances heat transfer, but also increases the rigidity and rigidity of the thin plate, thereby increasing the pressure-bearing capacity of the plate heat exchanger, and because it promotes the liquid to be in a turbulent state, it can reduce the formation of sediment or dirt "Clean" effect.
Sealing gasket: installed in the gasket groove along the periphery of the plate, sealing the periphery between the plates to prevent fluid leakage, and sealing a part of the corner holes according to the design requirements, so that cold and hot liquids flow according to their respective channels .
Damaged plates and aging gaskets should be replaced in time, otherwise it will reduce heat transfer efficiency and increase flow resistance.
